Problems i ran into ( first use ) windows

I wanted to try out OrientDB on my desktop for some testing and I ran into 3 little problems. The server started and web page came up flawlessly.

  1. The console won’t start console.bat gives error
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown signal: WINCH
    at sun.misc.Signal.(Signal.java:143)
    at com.orientechnologies.common.console.TTYConsoleReader.(TTYConsoleReader.java:74)
SIGWINCH is a linux signal iirc

moving on …I decided to try an import from mysql 8. I have imdb basic data set on there and thought that would be a good test set to start.
2. oteleporter.bat bleah bleah …cannot connect to mysql 8
java.sql.SQLException: Unknown system variable 'query_cache_size’
i ended up using an instance of 5.7 and an old java connector 5.1.48 that connected.
reading, it seems they took out query_cache_size in version 8 or mysql
3. oteleporter.bat bleah bleah…

so that started working great then puked at the end there and I’m not even sure what it is telling me other then to much in memory and not enough going to disk ?

the database is 12 tables 116 columns and approx. 50M lines the largest table is 32.5M so not a huge database but good size to play with.

I realize this may not be the forum to bug report but here is a fast environment.
win 10 pro i7-2600 16GB
java version “1.8.0_191” Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_191-b12)
mysql-connector-java-5.1.48.jar for 5.7
mysql-connector-java-8.0.18.jar for 8.0.16 MySQL Community Server

I don’t see anything new from the import .

If any of this is fixable any advise would be welcome
